14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email contact@listenslice.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

Monthly subscription

Your first payment is covered by the same 14-day guarantee. After that, you can cancel anytime — cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't offer partial-month refunds for renewals.

How refunds are processed

Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. If something went wrong — double charge, billing error, feature that didn't work as promised — email us and we'll make it right regardless of the windows above.
